3 PLASMID DELIVERY METHODS

Intramuscular with PEI
Involves a liporase injection into each deltoid muscle followed by an injeciton containing plasmid combined with PEI into each deltoid.
PEI is a lipid which shuttles the DNA into the nucleus.

Intramuscular with Electroporation
Only the pure plasmid is introduced into the deltoid muscle of one arm followed by micro-pulses to open pores for DNA entry.
Requires an electroporation device available for purchase or on loan with qualifying order quantities.

Intranasal Drops with PEI
The simplest form with delivery to the brain for cognitive and mood benefits.
Drops are inserted into each nostril while lying on one’s side to allow the drops to enter through the sinus cavity.
